Our services focus on skill development, emotional resilience and personal growth.
We do not diagnose, treat or provide medical or psychological services.
If your child requires medical, psychological or crisis support, please contact a qualified healthcare provider.
3. Parent Responsibility

4. Booking & Payments
- All consultations must be booked in advance.
- Payment is required prior to session delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Compelling Minds reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances change.
- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
6. Results Disclaimer
While many families experience positive outcomes, coaching results vary depending on:

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
7. Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions is treated respectfully and privately.
