WHO I AM
Hi, I’m Cass Founder of Compelling Minds.
This work was born from lived experience, professional training, and a deep belief that children don’t need fixing; they need understanding.
Compelling Minds exists to support children, families, and schools navigating behaviour, emotional regulation, and neurodiversity in a world that too often expects children to “fit in” rather than feel safe being themselves.
My work sits at the intersection of behaviour, mindset, emotional safety, and nervous system regulation. I specialise in supporting children who are often labelled “challenging,” “difficult,” or “disruptive”, and helping the adults around them respond with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
With qualifications in hypnosis, counselling, life coaching, and timeline therapy, alongside real-world parenting and family experience, I bring both professional depth and human understanding to every interaction.
